Why can't I see product prices or add products to a cart?
In order to use our wholesale site, you must first sign up to be a wholesale customer with us. To do that you'll want to fill out our retailer application form (link) and then email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, an account will be created for you on the site and you will be sent login credentials via email. Once you have your login info, you can come back to the site, sign in, and the prices will be visible so you can place orders.
I created an account for the site, but I still can't see the prices after I sign in?
While creating an account on your own is a great first step, in order to access our site dedicated to our wholesale customers, we still need to validate your site account to make sure you get accurate pricing. If you haven't already, please fill out the retailer application form (link) and then email it to email@example.com. In your email, please reference the email address you used to create your account on the site so we know that it exists and you'd like to use that one, rather than have us set up a new one for you.
I already have a wholesale account for your sites but cannot see pricing on this new site?
In order to see pricing, you must be logged in with your account. Make sure you use the "Sign In" link in the upper left corner of the page and login. Once you've logged in you should be able to see the items AND their prices.
If your existing account was used for ordering our russell+hazel product line on one of the russellandhazel.com websites and does not work with this site, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will likely need to create a new account for you. This was required in order to allow us to merge the sites and provide an improved customer experience, including the shared cart between sites. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may cause.
